Welcome to Holiday in the Grove 2012!

The Holiday in the Grove committee wishes to thank the community and the volunteers during the December 3, 2011 event.  We feel that there was great success in many areas of the day’s events and we hope you feel the same. This is a new beginning for the committee and we never could have pulled it off without the 50 plus volunteers.  By word of mouth and advertising we were able to bring back the Breakfast with Santa event and other various activities. We were able to continue the tradition of supporting the Between Friends Food Pantry with a donation of $900, as well as, $150 in groceries and 50 free breakfasts. In addition, we gave Holiday Spirit a $400 donation.

We will start holding monthly meetings beginning in March, anyone is welcome to attend. The meetings will be held on the second Friday of every month at (place), 6:30 p.m.

We are looking for additional people for committee chairs and co-chairs.

Meeting Anouncment

Holiday in the Grove will be holding monthly meetings open to the public. Here is the info:

Meetings will be held a the United Methodist Church 176 Main Street at 6:30 p.m.

  First meeting in on Thursday Feb 16th.

 Future meetings are as follows on Friday's 3/9, 4/14, 5/11, 6/8, no meeting in July, 8/10, 9/14, 10/12, 11/9.
